Chimwemwe Manyozo

Founder, CEO
Chimwemwe is a Chevening Scholar with an MA in Development Studies from the University of Sussex, UK. He has a BA in Media for Development from University of Malawi. He is also PR Officer of Malawi Human Rights Commission, and National Coordinator of Youth to Youth Empowerment.

Tendai Katsonga

Co-Founder, Communications Coordinator
Tendai holds a BA in Humanities from Chancellor College and is a 2011 fellow with the Int’l Youth Fellowship. She has worked with Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace (CCJP), Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Welfare, and Save the Children as Youth Livelihoods Coordinator.

Mentorship Coordinator
Lusungu has over 5 years’ experience in the Civil Society sector with a leaning towards advancing women and children’s rights. She focuses on designing, planning and coordinating the implementation of activities to promote and protect the rights of children, especially girls.

Gloria is the Dowa District Coordinator for Network for Youth Development (NfYD), a local NGO committed to empowering young people to play an active role on issues that affect them, responsible for Gender, Environment, and Entrepreneurship Programmes.

Corporate Scholarship Coordinator
Tendai is a Masters in Development Studies student at the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. She has 3 years’ experience in health and development research, youth programming, HIV/AIDS peer education and project management. She is passionate about girls and youth empowerment in Malawi.

Finance Coordinator
Patricia is in her third year of her articles in accountancy and taxation with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants. She got her B.Com Accounting degree and B.Com Honours Degree in Accounting specialising in taxation from the University of Johannesburg.

Research & Data Management
Asher has over 10 years’ experience in youth work and Development. He is a founding member of the African Youth Panel (AYP), a youth advisory team to the Danish Africa Commission, Founding Member of the African Youth Committee on Employment (AYEME) looking at strategies to increase youth employment in Africa.
