Founder, CEO
Chimwemwe is a Chevening Alumni with an MA in Development Studies from the University of Sussex, UK. He has a BA in Media for Development from University of Malawi. He has over seven years experience in youth development , media and international development.

Tendai holds a BA in Humanities from Chancellor College and is a 2011 fellow with the Int’l Youth Fellowship. She has worked with Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace (CCJP), Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Welfare, and Save the Children as Youth Livelihoods Coordinator.

Milcah Bonyonga

Milcah holds a BSc. in Education from Malawi Assemblies of God University. She also holds a Primary Teaching Certificate of Education from Blantyre Teachers Training College. She has worked with the Ministry of Education and the US Embassy under the Foreign National Students Intern Program.

Bosco Chinkonda

Eastern Region Coordinator
Bosco Exson Chinkonda is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in social science from the University Of Malawi, Chancellor College, and a Diploma in Human Resources and Business Management (ABMA). He is currently pursuing an MA in Sociology with the University of Malawi. Bosco manages Finance and Operations with Art & Global Health Center Africa in Zomba. In his capacity, he manages the organization’s finances, administration, human resources and operations.

Patricia is in her third year of her articles in accountancy and taxation with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants. She got her B.Com Accounting degree and B.Com Honours Degree in Accounting specialising in taxation from the University of Johannesburg.

Asher has over 10 years’ experience in youth work and Development. He is a founding member of the African Youth Panel (AYP), a youth advisory team to the Danish Africa Commission, Founding Member of the African Youth Committee on Employment (AYEME) looking at strategies to increase youth employment in Africa.
